The gamey local meats and root vegetables are generally cooked for long periods on a low heat, letting the flavours develop slowly and giving a deliciously rich, tasty character to Piedmontese dishes. Traditional Piedmont cuisine relies on rich flavours, full-bodied wines and indulgent desserts.
- Dine at the side of award-winning Chef Davide Scabin, in the kitchen. He proposes the classic Piedmontese and Italian flavors in its Combal.Zero restaurant.
- Turin is the Italian capital of Chocolate. Exclusive visit to the lab of the Master Chocolate Guido Gobino. With his Creative Passion, Quality and Innovation, he continues an old family tradition respecting the great symbols of Piedmontese chocolate, which today renews with original creations of singualr taste.
- A dinner in the most evocative room of the Egyptian Museum, between soft mirrors and lights in the path called “Stone Reflexes”, created by the Oscar-winning scenographer Dante Ferretti.

- Exclusive wine tasting experience in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Visit the 1700 cellars of Neive Castle, famous for Barbaresco and for the first experiments by Louis Claude Oudart, today considered the inventor of Barolo.
- Lunch on the top floor of the Venaria Royal palace. Chef Alfredo Russo’s will present his gourmet dishes between leather chairs and minimal furnishings in a chic environmenr with terrace.
GARDENS AND HORTICULTURE
Italian tradition for botanical gardens and arboreta dates back to the 13th century. The Gardens are one of the main study centers of Italian botany, and Piedmont rank among the most internationally famous region in term of scientific research of botany and aesthetic beauty of its gardens.
- Together with a horticulture specialist walk through the Royal Gardens of Venaria, an amazing combination of ancient and modern, a virtuous dialogue between archaeological settlements and contemporary works, all framed in an incomparable view of the Italian gardens and the vastness of the natural landscape surrounded by the woods of La Mandria Park and mountain range of the Alps. 200 water lilies, 3.000mq of flowered meadow, 13.000 varieties of blooms, 80 hectares of gardens.
- The Countess Consolata Beraudo of Pralormo will open her Castle for a private visit of the apartments and its gardens. Pralormo castle, whose origins date back to the Middle Ages, has been transformed into various periods into a noble residence. Every year in spring the Countess plants thousands of flower bulbs to embellish with incredible colors her gardens.
- Visit the park of Masino Castle with a botanical expert. The park has an incredible history, it’s a monumental romantic park with one of the largest labyrinths in Italy, a majestic treelined avenue, wide clearings and scenic corners that spring into exceptional blooms.
- Walk in the fields of medieval feuds to discover the great variety of spontaneous orchids, admiring a spectacle of absolutely unique colors.

- Guided visit to Pininfarina Museum and lunch at the factory with President Paolo Pininfarina. Pininfarina is an internationally renowned design house, an emblem of Italian style in the world, with over 80 years of experience.
- Visit the Mattioli laboratory with the President Licia Mattioli. The oldest goldsmith workshop in the city of Turin, since the eighteenth century, internationally awarded and famous for the creation of gold chains and necklaces, inlaid with precious stones, realized thanks to the value of goldsmith craftsmen able to work in a gold full-cycle : from the ingot to the finished artwork.
- Visit the Opificio showroom with the Managing Directir Paola Bertoldo. Opificio produces fabrics, velvet, quilts, pillows and textile furnishings collections of the highest quality, ambassadors of Italian lifestyle all over the world, expression of heritage and passion.
